When I get a bad attack, I do have shortness of breath. It can last a few hours or days, just depends.
You are sure nothing else is wrong, right? Try to relax, I find sitting up more comfortable than laying down. Try the heating pad on your tummy to see if you can get things to relax a bit. Have some tea and feel better!
No, I am not sure nothing else is wrong. My regular dr. said I have cronic fatigue and irritable bowel and put me on Lexipro. It did not agree with me so I stopped taking it. I went to my OBGYN last week who did an internal. I am waiting for the results. I also asked for a sono. which I am scheduling. When I was pregnant last year a fibroid was detected when I had my sono. We are wondering if that is posing a problem. When she did my internal she felt my uterus which felt fine. She couldn't even locate my ovaries which she said was good because if my ovaries had a problem she would feel them to be enlarged etc. I don't know if I agree with that. Ovaries are so small and if she couldnt even find them how can we be sure there aren't small tumors on them? I keep telling myelf it would be very odd for me, at 31, with 3 kids having breast fed them all to have ovarian cancer. However, the cramps that start 2 days before ovulation accompanied with bowel problems....fatigue....breathlessness, rib pain..etc. is freaking me out.
