Can remember a few times before i was actually diagnosed with Diverticulitis when i would actually vomit from the pain.I have Librax for my IBS,it only seems to work once in awhile.I honestly dont know if i have any more "pockets"in my intestines, since they removed the affected area.The surgeon gave me the okay to eat whatever i like,but my family doctor told me, its likely the "pockets" will grow back since i had it before.So i generally just avoid the seeds,popcorn and nuts as a precaution.Im not a big popcorn eater,but sometimes the smell of buttered popcorn drives me insane!
