CG, an empty stomach is a trigger. You should always keep a soluble fiber in your tummy at all times. Every couple of hours just a little rice cake or a few saltines, it doesn't have to be a lot of food -- in fact, it SHOULDN'T be a lot of food.

If I don't eat within at least a 10-hour period I'll get an attack too. I eat at night no later than 8:00 p.m., because I don't want to go to bed on a full tummy. But then if I sleep thru all night and don't get up until 8:00 a.m., YOWZA! I'm just asking for troubles. I have to force down a piece of toast, even if I'm not hungry (and I'm NEVER hungry in the mornings!).

Why not make up a big batch of Shanna's "Darn Good Blueberry Muffins" that she just posted about an hour ago in the Recipe Board (I am SOOOO gonna make these tomorrow!) and freeze them? Then, in the morning, grab one and pop it in the microwave as you're getting dressed; you could chomp it down while you're putting on your makeup and having your morning tea.

Stock up on Luna Bars and keep them in your purse or in your desk drawer at work. There's ALWAYS time for a Luna Bar!

"Going all day without food" is no good for ANYONE!
