Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

I had to do the mail route Friday and today.Yesterday i was okay until just before i got home from work,then it was "D" for the rest of the night and just not feeling good at all.Didn't sleep well,sweating one minute,cold the next,sore muscles.I guess it doesnt help that i eat nothing all day at work until i get home.Today i felt horrible but still went to work,after taking alot of Pepto Bismal,i was sweating just standing there sorting mail today and my body is sore.Not sure if im coming down with something or not? Every Saturday one of the regular mail carriers always brings in a treat,today it was oatmeal cookies,,,oh they looked so good, but my stomach is so unpredictable i didnt even attempt one.Thats another source of anxiety for me, i dont wanna be rude, but so far i have not eaten anything that anyone brings in to work,sooner or later they are gonna start to ask why i dont eat anything. It was so hot in that darn car today,i was sweating like crazy.To make matters worse my car starts to overheat! The temp light came on at my last stop on the route! Luckily i made it home for 2 reasons,,,,the first being the car overheating and the second was me running for the bathroom!!! Im still achey and tired, just couldnt believe how much i was sweating today and it was only around 82 with a nice breeze. I guess i gotta read up on Heathers IBS diet, this going all day with no food is not good for me!
