Hey all!

First, I want to thank you all again for your sympathy of my recently lost little doggie. We still get a bit in the dumps, but I think its with the kinds words of people like you all that helped me get through it without any "incidents." (I had a small one, but nothing too bad)

But I havent been around much lately because there's a lot going on around me. First-I've been pretty stable for almost a month now. I've had a few minor morning spells, and D once or twice, but nothing that's put me out all day. I still have some nasty stomach cramps, but I can function with those.

AND...we're finally moving! I moved back home almost four years ago to help my mother move and we just got stuck here. But now that looks like its gonna change. Someone has already begun the finalization of buying our house. It could still get messed up (inspections and stuff), but otherwise, I'll be out of here by mid-August.

BUT, I have a question...I'm feeling happy and am getting the nervous tummy from it all. Its good vibes, but still...is there a way to hold myself stable for this time? Like, this morning, I had a D attack. I took some Immodium right away, but if there's anything I can do to relax while I keep going. I got my IBS CDs, and I've been falling off schedule a few times from all the activity, but I'm gonna get back on those. Any other hints?

Still, I'm so happy. I hope my happiness doesnt make me sick, but if it does, I'll get by.
