Except mine's an idiot so he just brushed off all my hard work and told me IBS is all in the head and that I should stop worrying and eat whatever I want. Then I told him that it's not in my nature to NOT worry or be a perfectionist about things! So then he told me that I probably have OCD and that having it probably wasn't helping my situation.
