Psyllium - British Members Only       06/06/04 06:33 AM Edit Reply Quote leolorna Reged: 04/22/04 Posts: 5 I bought a bottle of Solgar 500mg capsules - sweetener free - without having read Heather's notes on it properly i.e. that sufferers of diarrhoea with bloating and wind should not use this product. They definitely made things much worse for me. If any Brits are using Psyllium successfully, I would be happy to let anyone have the 200 capsule bottle for about £10 - I paid £17 for it. Less than 10 of them have been used. I don't want to just throw them out when I am aware that they may be of help to constipation linked IBS sufferers. Best wishes to all.
