i've actually got a few extra minutes to reply now---- hope you're feeling a bit better than even a few minutes ago!

let me tell ya, i hate that phrase "everything happens for a reason" but i also believe in it 150%! it's like my motto, even though it sounds so trite.

i'm sure there's a reason you're in this sucky job (aside from the obvious immediate one of paying for your bills!). one day you'll look back and be glad you were here, but it's just so hard to see it now, isn't it!?

if it makes you feel one tiny, teeney, weeney bit better, you've made me feel better---- your day was so horrid i had to mentally slap myself for feeling sorry for myself today! i am back at work after almost a month of being home, sick, and i had forgotten how much i hate my job! but you know what? at least i don't have to deal with smoky rooms full of drunk men and bosses and coworkers who don't back me up! so thanks, at least, for that... for making me appreciate my own particular version of hell!

i've been in much worse jobs than this (and survived!) and i'm sure you will get through it a stronger and better woman. i certainly would have been imprisoned after dealing with those jerks (coworkers included) so you're already ahead of the game, in my book!
