There are varying degrees of IBS and it really depends on how severe yours is and whether or not it's under control. I for one can barely eat anything, candy? Forget it! I live off bread, potatoes and the occasional boiled chicken breat, real exciting. Have you been able to get stable yet? Because once you're stable and following the diet you should gradually start to feel better. Do you have an official IBS diagnosis? I can totally understand what you mean about moving away, I honestly don't feel like I could live on my own right now, and going to work is a daily battle. But, I'm confident it'll eventually improve, for you and me! BTW, I'm in London as well...do you go to school here? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
