I wouldn't have such a problem falling to sleep if I didn't have to sit down to do something really boring. I'm fine if I keep moving. Though I HATED pub work, so I have LOTS of sympathy for you! It sucks. Are your reflux meds not working? That's not very useful is it? What are you on again? Maybe changing meds would be a good idea. Oh, and I took Zantac with my prescription meds, so I wouldn't worry. I think you need to pity hat! I'm fine mentally, perfectly chirpy - it's just that my body's falling apart around me!
