I guess we have a lot in common, don't we? Thanks for your prayers for us, Gayla.
Oh, you're right about my house. I need to forget it for now. I needed the reminder. Funny how it's always easier to help someone else; rather than myself. You've been there and know just what I mean, don't you?
And, oh my goodness, you're so right about taking care of myself. I know you have been in a position where you wore yourself out, and I've had that happen to me, too. I ended up with pneumonia and was still taking care of my babies.
But, that experience showed me that I'm not infallible.
My husband and I are taking a short 3 day trip next week, so I can rest up and not be available.
I'm fighting guilt feelings for leaving my daughter right now, but I also really believe that I need to escape for a little bit. I know you know just what I'm talking about.
