For me Cramps & blockingfrom Metamucil, some pain from citrucil and no relief from the big "C", then bought Acacia and was afriad to take it cause I never heard of it before, then tried benefiber and the benefiber has been a lifesaver. I can't remember the last time I felt gassy or even used a beano or gas x, well I can remember, but it was before benefiber. We are all different though. If you want to try no fiber that's your choice, you may even find your IBS is GONE! But if you go back to fiber, give bene a try, can't hurt anything.
