Sometimes I think we do things like that not out of stupidity but because there are so few other options for us IBS-ers. Sometimes I play games with the TV commercials. MacDonald's comes on, and they show a Big Mac. I say, "I can't have that!" Then Subs comes on, and they show a submarine sandwich with cheese and bacon. I say, "I can't have that!" Then Dairy Queen -- need I say more? It's frustrating when there's nothing we can eat! It's also a little maddening..... Linzy, I hope you feel better soon.
