That reminds me of an analogy I use to explain my fatigue and low energy sometimes. Okay, you're on the expressway and everyone around you is doing 80, just whizzing by. And you have the accelerator pushed all the way to the floor...and you're only doing 40, no matter how hard you push!! THAT'S fatigue!! Whether from fibro or thyroid or anything else. And people that say oh, come on, everybody gets tired, you just have to push yourself a little, they are lucky I don't SLUG THEM!!
