Im so Proud of myself!!       05/12/04 04:54 PM Edit Reply Quote countrygirl Reged: 04/29/04 Posts: 213 Loc: Wisconsin, USA I am fairly new here and posted awhile back about having to be out of town for job training,3 days last week and 3 days this week. I just finished all my training today!!! I was so worried and scared of having an IBS attack. It all turned out okay,i only ate energy/protein bars for lunch with bottled water while all the rest ate their fast food meals.Those were some long days 7:30 am.-4p.m. each day!! Im so happy i didnt have one episode of IBS at all,even this morning when i got my monthly friend,i got thru the day without any embarrassing bathroom trips.During a lunch break i was talking to the instructor and found out she has Ulcerative Colitis,yesterday and today it was flaring up on her because she would stop in the middle of a lesson and use the bathroom. I sure did feel for her,i know the others in the class might not of understood her sudden bathroom breaks but my heart really went out to her!! I sure am happy to be home now though!
