I assume no fat anymore, right? What about sugar? Any idea whether the removal of your GB will ease any of the IBS symptoms? Or maybe not having any fat will do the trick? Did you return to work today? How are you feeling now? My little 16 year-old friend had her GB removed; she described terrible pains like you endured (until the surgery of course). She had to lay off all fat, but she wasn't very strict with herself, I'm sorry to say.... still she did well. Makes you wonder why we have those GBs anyway?
