Icky rainy day here in NYC today, but it's STILL a good day, because I SAY SO!! Three things to accomplish today: 1. That email I've been putting off 2. Weekly appt with my shrink 3. Support group meeting tonight If I can stay off the IBS board long enough, I'll have no trouble getting all three done!! Think you can get along without me the rest of the day?
