I understand completely what you are going through. I have been on HRT for the past 10 years and in Sept. I decided that I wanted to get off. The doc had me wean myself over a couple of months and by the time I stopped taking the Primrin all together I was experiencing terrible migraines, terrible hot flashes, very moody (angry one minute and crying the next). I have been afraid to try to stop again even though I really don't want to take it anymore.
Do a search on the internet, there is a ton of info out there talking about how long these symptoms will last, etc. Sometimes if I know how long something is going to last I can deal with it better.
