We're getting a new house, but it's in a wooded setting with all ferns around, no garden at all. (Well, I guess you'd call it a fern garden, eh?) Linz, I'm very excited for you! This is a real special time, having your own home. Do you have a lawn mower? (Just one of those hand jobbies will work fine on a small lawn; we have one, but of course we'll never use it now.) I see it's two stories? How many bedrooms? And how old is it? Do you have a fireplace? And how about your neighbors? Have you met them yet? Will you have them in for tea? And crumpets?
