Every day of my life       04/21/04 01:22 PM Edit Reply Quote Megs Reged: 04/03/04 Posts: 43 Hi Nugget, I don't drive and everytime I have to go somewhere such as work I get horrible anxiety attacks over wondering if I have to leave how I will be able to do it(this is basically why I am not working right now). To me I feel a bit obssessive compulsive with the things I do to make me feel better but it works for me. I always know of atleast one person who can come and get me if need be. I also keep enough money on me if I don't know if someone is going to be home if I have to call a cab and camp out in the bathroom until they get there. I refuse to eat much of anything(this leads to attacks and I don't recommend). I do ALOT of deep breathing and I go hour by hour. If you go to work at 8, just concentrate on getting to 9 and do not think about time other than that. Also there are people at work willing to take me home if need be. I take all my pills with me even if I don't take them so I know they are there just in case. Good luck! -Megs Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
