Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

Been away for a couple of days and holy cow this place is so full i can't get through it all!

i went down to visit my grandparents for easter and even with my grandma's constent insisting of eating all the bad stuff ever i didn't cave.

the only thing is, my aunt vicki found the bestest bread EVER!!!! from this store down there called Harris Teeter's. they make fresh french bread...MAN it rocked! i must have gained weight from eating those. Also, since my tummy was feeling great i decided to test out some of my favorite foods that i was afraid to eat before.

i had a small plate of rice and black beans (i'm cuban...not eating black beans was VERY hard for me) and i also ventured to have a couple of slices of 97% fat free ham in a sandwhich with the awesome bread

AND I SURVIVED!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to get a t-shirt made.."I Went to GrandMa's House and SURVIVED"

Not even the 11 hour drive down and back screwed me up.....I'm excited! but i'll try not to let it get to my head..or my stomach.

Hope everyone else is doing well and i will get to work on all those new threads so i don't fall behind
