Re: Work tomorrow - Wish me luck       04/12/04 09:17 AM Edit Reply Quote Lilybear Reged: 04/05/04 Posts: 172 Loc: east coast, usa first off, hugs! i'm glad you talked about work bcos that's my #1 stressor/trigger of the moment. you desribed all the anxieties i'm having about my job. 1st off: if you need to use the bathroom: use it. if you've gotta go: go. everyone goes. no one can stop you from going. if they do, say you have a sensitive stomach. try to talk to them a little about it. are you on the diet and trying the supplements? do those help? do you exercise too? hmm, i know even if we try we can have hard days too:( i've had to change jobs/majors recently bcos of this. gosh, i've shaken too these past few weeks. and cried a bit. its can be frustrating. don't get embarassed, bathrooms are there for a reason. its okae if you stay there for awhile, don't let others judge you. ask if you will get breaks before accepting a specific job. i'm sure you will have time to get everythign done & take care of yourself. good luck with everything!!
