I'm so sorry you aren't feeling well!!!!!!!!!!

I'm totally thinking about you and I hope you feel better. Cramps are so bad and D..well that's just plain embarassing, not fun (I'm A but mainly C but just a little D is enough to let me know how unpleasant it is!) Anyhow...I am really sending you feel better power, okay? Do you feel it. Well...even if you don't, I'm thinking about you and I just hope you feel better. It's rough b/c you worry for a valid reason but then the worrying makes it worse and when it's worse it makes you worry more

). Well I am sorry that you, my "twin", aren't feeling well. Get better. Lots of hugs sent your way! And try to lie on a heating pad on your stomach (if that makes you feel better...some people say that lying on their stomach hurts worse). BUt just drink LOTS of strong mint/ginger tea now and..I agree with Peaches..try to sneak some with you. The other day, I brought some to the grocery store with me

and I brought some in the car for on the way to the Easter gathering we went to
