Tomorrow's Monday, Girlfriend! Do you have any of Heather's peppermint caps? Great anti-spasmodic. What kind of meds do you have over there? Anything like Donnatal? Kelly's suggestion of Lomotil is a good one; I take that when I have D (but no cramps). For cramps, you need something really strong, like Heather's caps (or Donnatal, although it's dangerous stuff). Do you have any Tummy Mint tea? What about Ginger Aid tea? A heating pad? Equalactin? You need to get this stuff, have it on hand, for such emergencies as tomorrow. I'll be thinkin' 'boutcha.
