Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Work tomorrow

Hi all,
If you have a spare moment tomorrow (Tuesday), try and send some good thoughts my way as it is my first day back to work and I am totally freaking out.
I have been sick-sick-sick today, with stomach cramps so bad I can't stand up straight so I am just praying they won't still be there tomorrow since I have 7 hours of standing to do. I am really wishing I could have found an office (or at least a somewhat 'sit down' job), but I am too broke to hold out for anything better than this bar job.
I am actually so scared I have been shaking and crying a lot today because I get so embarassed, especially at work, about being sick and I really just want to make it through ONE DAY without having to think about excuses for why I have to keep running to the toilet, and staying there so long!
I am worried about not getting breaks and not being able to eat and not being able to drink any tea and... aaah, it is making me crazy.. I am gonna go listen to my Audio Program CDs now and try to chill out a bit 'cause I am such a mess.
Cross your fingers for me, I could use all the help I can get!
