I had a really rough weekend at work then school...I ate at Taco Bell!! (That was my addiction prior to IBS!) I had a chicken fiesta burrito (which is just chicken, rice, tomato, and a little cheese) and a Dr. Pepper! BUT I didn't get sick! Maybe my belly was well enough to handle it....but I almost wish I had gotten sick cause I am afraid I will do it again with the resoning...well I didn't get sick last time!
