I finally had to be put on a preventative: Depakote. I am going to have to go off of them pretty soon (ttc). I absolutely dread it, but my neurologist told me to take 400mg of riboflavin a day to help prevent. When I do get them I take Migranal nasal spray. Sometimes they are so bad that it doesn't work though. Then I have to take 1/2 Vicodin. Which oddly enough they told me would be safe to take while ttc and pregnant. Isn't that strange? I hope yours get better. I hope mine get better too. I had two last week and the last one lingered slightly into the weekend. The last time they got this bad they finally had to hospitalize me.
