I successfully baked and didn't blow up my kitchen! I made Heather's Chocolate Applesauce bread and let me just say, it is heaven! I'm so excited to have a nice bread that I can eat, and now that I've built up some confidence I can't wait to try the other breads. Just wanted to share my good news!
