I really don't know what to do for it. I have one of those middle aged tummies. It sticks out there, too. Yuk. I need to lose weight though. I just try to wear clothes that will camouflage as best I can. I bet that's harder though since you're thin. My 5 year old granddaughter was over the other day and she said "Grandma, why is your belly so big?" I said, "I don't know, honey, I think it's full of something!" Then she said, "Why's your butt so big?" I couldn't think of anything to say, so I just tickled her!
About your surgery, have all 3 surgeries been for endometriosis? I was diagnosed with it 10 years ago, but I haven't had surgery. My doctor told me that I would be through with it after menopause; so I'm just counting the days. I have it fairly mildly though, so I really can't complain. I've heard such horror stories about it. Do you have a lot of pain with yours? I hope the surgery helps you!
