I hate taking antibiotics, because I get horrible D! (as opposed to the pleasant kind I guess - just realized I did that! lol)
Anyway, next time I have to take them, I'm going to try the probiotics. But, I'm not sure how to take them. I do know you're not supposed to take them at the same time (like both in am). Maybe you take antibitioc in am, probiotic pm? Not sure on that part.
Oh yeah - if you check Imodium, it says to check with a doc/pharmacist before taking if you're on antibiotics. I don't know why, but just so you know.
