In turn I get bad morning sickness!! But that has nothing to do with IBS. That just depends on the person! My mom and all but one of my sisters get morning sickness. Then I have friends who don't get sick at all. So I wouldn't worry about it to bad. Most women with IBS feel better while they are pregnant.
