I just try not to over do it and rest if needed. IBS kicked in last year after having my gallbladder out. I'm still trying to get in under control, somedays are good but most are bad right now. I just finished reading Heather's books. For the fibro there is a really good web site: www.fibrohugs.com It is helpful to talk with other people with the same problems, just like this site. I don't know what I would do without these 2 sites.
