Hi Andie; lOSING WEIGHT has always been a struggle for me, but lately I have seem to have dropped a few pounds. I have a long way to go, though. I am trying to be more active as well as watch my diet. IT IS hard, though, because my family likes desserts and sweets so it is hard to stay away from them. a few ideas from dr, phil, is to do something instead of eating, something that yoyu can't do at the same time as eat. ALSO, I AM doing a thing called donate your steps to health research, where you use a pedometer to count your steps as you walk and eneter then on their site, it is called CANADAONTHGO.CA. THAT IS my plan for the year.
