Speaking of chicken soup, I'm making some of my own and freezing it -- just in case I need it in the future. I'm not saying I'm gonna have any more attacks, but, well, just in case.
It's NatHosp's Wild Rice Chicken Soup posted on the 5th. I made my chicken stock tonight, and it's in the fridge now. Tomorrow morning I'll skim off all the fat, and use the stock, then make the soup and freeze in individual containers. Since it's just for emergencies, I think I'll leave out the zucchini.
(But I'm leaving in the sherry, Girlfriend! )
