Move into the bathroom!! Just kidding, well actually almost move in. I sit in my rocking chair, with my cup of chamomile tea, heating pad on tummy or back, watch TV and MAKE SURE NO ONE IS IN THE BATHROOM!! My family knows when I'm flaring by my looks(no laughing) and my mood, and also by my running!! Sorry need humour to cope. Take care Sue
