Sign me up! I'm doing a 6 week ab and butt workout. I just started my third week (intermediate). It's working out very well for me and it's just a total of 6 minutes for the stomach and 10 for the butt and theigh. I'm amazed at how great its working. It's a Denise Austin tape. When I'm done with this I'm going to look into pilates. I've seen the infomercial and was thinking about it but you have convinced me.
