I am also a Pilates fan. I have Pilates for Dummies and Windsor Pilates. I like it so much more than Yoga. It has helped me so much with my IBS -- but it doesn't make me feel like I have strange stuff going on... like yoga does. I can do it - get it done -- and I feel great. I always feel like I could conquer the world after I'm done. I don't feel worn out -- and I am getting stronger so fast -- and yet not bulkier at all. Pilates was designed originally to help ballet dancers get in shape. They don't want bulky dancers though - even though they need to be strong -- so this is the system they used. I am not very... disciplined in using it and it is still working wonders for me. I can do the different movements better each time and my body is getting more and more toned and strong.
I never thought I could accomplish so much in so little time. It feels so good too!
