Anyone from Sydney?       04/30/11 11:15 PM Edit Reply Quote shannonmaree Reged: 04/30/11 Posts: 1 Hi there, I was diagnosed with IBS earlier this year and am still getting used to the diet but struggling with an upset stomach. I was wondering if there was anyone from Sydney on here who would like to meet to exchange tips and talk over their tummy troubles. I am 22, female and living close to Sydney CBD. Otherwise would love anyone's advice of how they adjusted at first. I have always had an irritable stomach and they thought I had coeliac and then lactose intolerant. An endless amount of tests have given me no real results and the doctor has told me I have IBS by default as they can't pin point anything else wrong with me. It's becoming a strain but also better when I stick to the diet. I have lost 10kg this year just from being worried about what I eat. In the end, I would rather be hungry than have an attack, as we call it. Looking forward to hearing from some of you. Shannon Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
