This is what I did I drunk lots and lots of water. I walked everyday and made sure I had plent of "if". Don't take prenatil vitimins they make it so much worse my ob is a great doc and he said I could just take a multi-vitimin I take the ones from target and a calcuim pill with magensium ( the ones from wal-greens) (that will help with the c) and a extra folic acid pill everyday.
