Been away for a while....       02/16/11 09:44 AM Edit Reply Quote Nugget Reged: 02/10/03 Posts: 2167 Hi there! I have been away from here for a while and just wanted to let all my friends here know I have been thinking of you. Hope you are all doing well. As you know, I lost my mother in May last year...so now my dad, brother, and I have been tackling the task of sorting through things at dad's house. We've donated lots of things to the local Rescue Mission, thrown unimportant things away, and kept the important things. We are in the process of packing what's left now so that when Dad finds a smaller place, he won't have all that to do at the last minute. He's still working and has had the winter off...so this has been a good time to work on this task. He's planning on working one more year before retirement. I've been feeling pretty good. Have a few rough days once in a while. Still can't believe mom is gone. {{{hugs to you all}}} Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
