Hi last year when I found this great website, I had been suffering for 7 years. I bought the fiber and the recipie book. I felt somwhat less sick at first but I was ill everyday still. I had c-scans and a colonoscopy and many blood tests all to reveal nothing wrong. Finaly I went to a natura path doctor who suggested I do stool test that go to the best lab in north america in Chicago called Doctorsdata.com. We thought maybe i had parasites. Turns out to be Candida albicans. Turns our alot of people think they have alot of other things like IBS. I have to avoid all sugar and other yeast feeding foods. Take natural meds for me GSE works best, along with botanical for healing and a digestive (ultragest) and Acidiphilus. In less than 24 hours I am feeling better! I have to continue this for 8 weeks and then maintain by following the diet. Still the fiber is the best to be found and the cookbook is great the recipies have been enjoyed by my family and potlucks and I will use it again when Im all better or Ill make that yummy pumkin bread for christmas and give it away. If you are still sick all the time like I was, please get tested. The regular med system doesnt test thorouly. Go to natura path. Don't give up.
