Hi, I've had IBS pain for 3 years now, I also have malrotation and duodenal adhesions, which I had surgery for a year ago and a recent gallbladder removal. I have just started back on Heather's diet, 4 days now. I take either Natren 2tsp or 4-6 align caps at night before bed, I discovered this by accidentally taking a double dose of align one night, and have found this significantly reduces my pain. I have also found a friend by the name of Mary Jane, who significantly reduces my morning pain with her very soothing powers, it also changes the mindset of the pain! I had gallbladder removed 2 weeks ago, which also helped. I still have an annoying irritation over my entire bowel. I started using ox bile and digestive enzymes yesterday. Will I ever be able to get rid of this irritation? This disease has practically ruined my life, finacially. I just want to be able to work again. My morning pain stops all hopes of that right now. Is there such a thing as too much Infantis, and is the ox bile and enzymes too much, or should I try them one at a time? Which one is best? I'm wondering if with the extremely low fat diet i am on, if I maybe i'm over-doing it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
