Hey,
I did this once, in university. But I call in sick to work at midnight for the next morning... and they didn't like it!! I spent the day with a boyfriend at the time. He called in sick too. Unfortunately, I later lost the job I was at and on my review apparently my "sick" day was one of the reasons.
You've reminded me, I still have 5 days to use!! And I don't have a return to work day yet! I may lose them
