I often react to coconut, so for now I've just eliminated it completely. I've found a couple of other ice cream substitutes that are pretty good too. My favorite right now is Praline Almond Dream "ice cream." It's delish, and meets my lengthy list of dietary requirements including being GFCF. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
