I'd be really surprises if the peppermint caps, teas or SFS reacted badly with the Bentyl. However I'm not a expert and would talk to your pharmacist.
If your not actually concerned about a reaction and just want to know which one works better than you could spend 2 weeks on the caplets then two weeks on the drugs.
In the research section of the boards there is something about a meta analysis of the effiacay of IBS drugs and the caplets came out on top.
