I too had my first attack in SUCH a long time--and it SUCKS! I was 'off' on Saturday...ran to the bathroom too much, felt some cramps, but now it totally kicked in during the night. I kept waking up with cramps and have spent the morning in the bathroom. Seriously, IBS just sucks. I guess we're lucky it doesn't happen all the time anymore, but having this today reminded me of why I was so miserable a few years ago!!!
