Well it is said that pollen count is highest between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., thus not a good time to have windows and/or doors open particularly in a bedroom. A good air filter in rooms really helps reduce pollen and dust. I don't have one for every room in my home, though do have a good one in my bedroom. No more sneezing and sniffling for me (nor watery, puffy eyes) in the a.m. when I get a good night's sleep with fresh filtered air. A good quality one is basically silent and does not interrupt sleep with noise.

Sure beats taking those miserable antihistamines that dry out the eyes and mouth and leave one feeling miserable all day, simply to stop the watering eyes and sneezing which doesn't even always work.
