problems with yeast??       02/18/10 04:00 PM Edit Reply Quote fancymom Reged: 09/17/07 Posts: 506 Loc: SC Hi all! Hope everyone is doing very well with happy, stable little tummies!! Seems like I see lots of posts from people who have been "stable" for a while. Any good tips you can pass on? I have tried Heather's IBS diet at least a million times, and it seems to make my symptoms much worse! This cycle has to stop sooner or later! I cannot tolerate any bread except ezekiel bread. I know it is not gluten free, and definitely not wheat free, but it IS yeast free. Does that mean I am yeast intolerant? Is there such thing? Or do I have a candida overgrowth in my gut? I gave up all flour and sugar for 15 days and felt much better, but I can't live like that forever! I am so confused and frustrated. What do I do now?
