How 'bout a BOOK REVIEW category?       11/14/09 05:24 PM Edit Reply Quote Windchimes Reged: 09/05/09 Posts: 581 Loc: Northern California I do think a book review category would be a good thing here in a separate category. Message Board participants could input their experience in reading, by title of the book. Some could be IBS titles, and others just relaxing reading titles. This would not have to be specifically related to IBS, but a place where one could even find some inspiring or humorous reading material with reviews from others. Sometimes we ALL need a break from physical symptoms and solutions. Laughter is good for the soul, and healthy distractions of other than IBS can really be of benefit too. It can be amazing how curling up with a good book (especially on a cold, wintry day) calms the central nervous system and the mind and spirit in general.
