Jennifer... Strange! I sent it when you requested the info along with a brief note. I'll see if I still have that in my email Sent folder, and forward this to you. If I no longer have it, I'll do it over.
You might want to take a look in your spam folder or keep an eye on such today, as it may look like spam to filters. In fact, I think I'll simply put "Friday morning..." in the subject line.
